New products can be exchanged up to 7 calendar days from the date the order was received. If this period is exceeded, the exchange will not be possible.

According to PROFECO (Federal Consumer Protection Agency), customers who purchase through online stores have up to 5 days from the delivery date to exchange the product. However, at Rckiss Fitness, we give you up to 7 calendar days from delivery.

For this type of product exchange, the customer must cover the costs of both shipments (the first shipment to return the product to Rckiss fitness and the second shipment to send the new product). The approximate cost is $250 MXN or depends on the area of Mexico.

All product size charts are a relative reference with a certain margin of error. The customer must cover the exchange costs in any case.

"Manufacturer's warranty"

Products sold on the rckissfitness.com website come with a 60-day warranty only against manufacturing defects, from the date the order is received. It is recommended to contact the supplier directly to report the problem and receive the respective guidance or proper technical assistance for said product, as well as to report the problem to our Customer Service Center.

The warranty is the sole responsibility of Rckiss Fitness, and the customer will not have to cover any extra costs.

  • Possible causes for rejecting an exchange due to defect:

Absence of defect (the reported damage was not confirmed), signs of improper use, signs of accidental damage, natural wear and tear from use, improper washing. It is important to follow the specifications shown on the website, manual, or item label for correct use.

You will receive the replacement of the purchased product at the original order address (at no additional cost).
