RCKISS FITNESS Return Policy

At RCKISS FITNESS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns under the following conditions:

✅ Requirements to apply for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted on clearance, limited edition, or personalized products.

🔄 Size exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges for another available size of the same model.

  • The customer covers the return and re-shipping costs. $290 MXN.

💸 Refunds:

  • Once the returned product has been received and reviewed, the refund will be processed in the form of store credit or through the same payment method, depending on the case.

  • Refunds may take between 5 to 10 business days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment platform.

❌ We do not accept returns if:

  • The product was used or shows signs of washing.

  • It is not sent in its original packaging or without tags.

  • It is requested outside the established period.

📩 How to request a return?

  1. Email us at ventas@rckissfitness.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos if applicable.

  2. We will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours with the next steps.
