Plus shipping: $99 mxn on purchases under $1,489 mxn
Free shipping: on purchases over $1,490 mxn
How to track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking code to the email you provided, which you can use to monitor the delivery and check movements on the assigned courier's page (FedEx). For more information or delivery issues, you can contact FedEx customer service at 55 5228 9904 with your tracking number.
What are your delivery hours?
All deliveries are made Monday to Friday, during business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). It is essential that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the merchandise and sign the delivery receipt.
The courier will make a second attempt at the indicated address if the package could not be delivered on the first attempt.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Once your payment is confirmed in our system (within 2 to 24 business hours), the order is prepared for dispatch and the delivery period begins. All our shipping types normally take 2 to 6 business days to reach their destination.
Note: Some postal codes have special delivery frequencies that may extend the estimated delivery time.

Can I authorize a third party to receive my order?
Certainly, a third party can receive the order as long as they are authorized and present official identification.
What happens if no one is available to receive the order?
Two delivery attempts will be made for the order, on different days and at different times. If delivery continues to be unsuccessful, the product may remain at a facility of the assigned courier for you to pick up; otherwise, it will be returned to our Distribution Center.
Important: If the package is returned to our warehouse, a new shipping fee will be charged.
Available shipping types
We deliver through FedEx, Estafeta, Paquete Express, etc. The courier service is assigned by the system upon completion of your purchase and cannot be changed.
Standard Shipping: Takes 2-5 business days from payment confirmation and order dispatch. It has a cost that varies depending on the amount of your purchase, unless there is a current promotion that offers free shipping above a certain amount.
I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?
In case of any inconvenience with the courier delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up as necessary. This is because the courier needs personal information and details that only the customer has. It is a faster and more efficient process than triangulating information between three parties. It is important for the customer to always track their shipment to avoid this type of situation:
- Delayed packages
- Incorrect address
- Change of address
- Returns to origin
- Etc.
Deliveries come with a guarantee; in case of confirmed loss or misplacement, we will replace the merchandise.
