Dispute and Chargeback Policy
1. Amicable Resolution and Notification Periods
At RCKISS FITNESS, we strive to ensure total customer satisfaction.
1.1 Deadline for Reporting Payment Irregularities: The customer agrees that they have a maximum and non-extendable period of 48 calendar hours after payment confirmation to notify RCKISS FITNESS of any unrecognized, duplicate, or erroneous charges.

If the customer does not report any irregularity within these first 48 hours, it will be understood that the customer acknowledges, validates, and accepts the charge made to their card or payment method.

Any claim or attempt at a bank chargeback initiated after this period, without having previously contacted the company within the stipulated 48 hours, will be considered by RCKISS FITNESS as an act of bad faith, and this clause will be presented as evidence to the financial institution.
1.2 Resolution Process: Before initiating any banking dispute, the customer agrees to contact our customer service team via ventas@rckissfitness.com to seek a solution.
2. Improper Chargebacks or "Friendly Fraud"
An "Improper Chargeback" is considered when the customer initiates a claim with their bank alleging not to have made the transaction or not to have received the product, despite evidence to the contrary.
In the event of receiving a chargeback that violates the 48-hour notification period or that we consider fraudulent, RCKISS FITNESS reserves the right to:

Permanently suspend the customer's account and block future purchases.

Report the incident to fraud prevention databases (blacklists).

Initiate legal action to recover the amount, adding administrative costs for the dispute.

The customer is responsible for the security of their payment methods. By not presenting any objection within the 48-hour validation period mentioned in section 1.1, the customer tacitly waives their right to dispute the charge with their banking institution claiming "unauthorized use," given that they had sufficient time to notify the merchant directly.
