Many people wonder about the difference between neoprene knee sleeves and RCKISS knee wraps (elastic bands), so here you go:

These knee wraps are 40% elastic, 10% polyester, and 40% cotton, plus a Velcro closure. They are essentially the elastic wrist wraps you're already familiar with, but wider and longer (2 meters, so they take a while to put on).

They are much stiffer than neoprene sleeves, and the fit is so strong that they restrict your mobility. So, if you were planning to run with them, you were sorely mistaken. Anyone who even walks in them will waddle like a duck.
